"BLUEPRINTS" FOR THE PARK
Many ideas for the design of this new park have been
proposed. These ideas include areas for nature
conservation, athletic fields, hiking
trails, a kayak launch, a bird-watching platform, a
field house, a pavilion, and many others.
One of the key steps after the purchase will
be adopting a design for the park. Local architect
Duo Dickinson has created a number of design schemes
to help Madison citizens envision some of the possible uses of the

picture above. These are just ideas - not a final
plan.
